Our Company is a resident of Novosibirsk Academgorodok Technopark. Many industrial solutions use the results of the joint work of Granch, residents of Academpark and institutes of the SB RAS. In cooperation with Lavrentyev Institute of Hydrodynamics of SB RAS has developed an explosion-proof underground communication infrastructure. In commonwealth with the Institute of Oil and Gas Geology and Geophysics of SB RAS, a system for predicting geodynamic phenomena in mines was developed.

Jointly with the Novosibirsk State University (NSU) and the Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU), seminars and students internships are held at the Company's production facilities. Many graduates of these universities continued their further work in our Company.

Great value in the company is given to social work.

«Granch» educational classes  (SPMI, KuzSTU) have been created in the specialized universities of Russia.

At the Vernadsky State Geological Museum of RAS works a permanent equipment exposition of the company. In November 2016 a training center «Demidov's Department» was opened in the museum to familiarize schoolchildren and students with high-tech mining industry equipment on the basis of «Granch» equipment.
